((yeah... I'm gunna start one! wh00t! I have no idea where I'm going to go with this, so wheeeee! I guess this will be an okay start on my charrie, Zarina, or something... yeah >_>))
Zarina stood looking out at the water rushing down, hammering on the rocks. Down it came, more then usual for the winter season had just ended, melting all of the snow, and along with it, Zarina's last birthday. Now she was five, and it was time for change.
Zarina had seen it coming for a while now, the change. She was going to have to move to a different village and come back once she was able, once THEY saw her able, to come back to her home behind the Sacred Waterfall. The Village that most people over passed, never noticing the the beautiful and lush village behind the largest waterfall, and they never saw the ninja's, dropping off young children. Although they knew about the children-drop-off, no one seemed to do anything about it. The Village of the Waterfall's ninja's were sacred.
The Children-Drop-Off *Dubbed by the young children obviously* was actually called the TIME by the adults. They sent off their young children with a few knowledgable jutsu's of the village's, but they were to send their children off to different villages, to have them learn by their jutsus. And when it came time for the Genin exam, messangers would come and collect the Waterfall's children, now about 8-10 years older. Then they would come to the Village to learn the rest of the Waterfall's jutsus and graduate there, becoming full fleged ninja.
Zarina knew all of this and didn't care for it much. She had heard rumors of the village she was going to.. Village of the Leafs, but she wasn't happy about it. She didn't want to leave her village. She loved it here... surely the Village behind the Waterfall was alot more beautiful than trees. She had heard rumors about the family that she was going to be belonging too. The Hyuuga family. Whatever.. she didn't want to change her name they had already made sure of that.. especially after the fit she threw.
So She was going to stick with Zarina Zilini... Zarina Hyuuga just sounded funny to her. But What did it matter now. She had no choice. She was going to go to the Village Hidden in the Leafs, whether she liked it or not.
Her Father tapped her on the shoulder, making her turn her head full of silvery-blue hair up and towards him.. making her wince in the process. She looked up at her father, a true resemblance someone in her village had once said. But not anymore. She was deformed another had once said. A stray Kunai had stabbed her in the eye, and now, she was no longer like anyone else. A black patch covered it and she sighed. It was TIME.
Grabbing her staff that was far to large for her now, though soon wouldn't be, she walked out of the waterfall with her father and turned to look back.. just one last time and the Waterfall Village that she loved. Then she turned forward to the village that she was bound to hate.
